Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from souparnabiswas.com. We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent refund and cancellation process for all our services
1. Courses (Pre – Recorded)
Please ensure you have reviewed the course preview, curriculum, and eligibility before completing your purchase.
2. Custom Work (Composition, Production, Session Work, etc.)
Refunds for custom services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Deposit Payments: Deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable.
Post-Delivery: Once the final files are shared or work is substantially delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.
If a project is canceled midway by the client, any amount paid up to that point is non-refundable.
3. 1:1 Live Classes or Sessions
We currently do not offer direct booking for 1:1 live classes via the website.
To inquire about availability or schedule a session, please contact via email at work@souparnabiswas.com.
Any refund or rescheduling requests for 1:1 sessions discussed via email will be handled individually as per mutual agreement.
4. Merchandise
Returns:
Returns or replacements are only eligible if the item received is:
Defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size/color/print).
Reported to us within 5 days of delivery along with unboxing photos or videos as proof attached in your email.
To complete a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Requests for wrong-size exchanges will not be accepted since products are printed specifically for your order.
Refunds (if approved): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If eligible, we will reprint or replace the item at no extra cost.
Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue
Please contact us at support@souparnabiswas.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”. Mention your reason clearly along with any supporting details.
We will assess your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund or cancellation requests if:
The product or service has already been used or delivered
The request is made outside the eligible timeframe
There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims
7. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Digital Products (Courses, Sessions, Custom Work): Access or delivery is usually provided right after you purchase one or through your account>dashboard on our website after payment confirmation. No physical delivery is involved.
Physical Merchandise (if applicable):
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery within India: 5–10 business days.
Tracking details (if available) will be shared via email/contact
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
